For this remote position, I dipped my hands into several different roles as a content specialist, project manager and SEO manager in order to serve Baylor’s varied needs. The position began with a full-scale content migration from a Microsoft Sharepoint-based CMS to Sitecore XP 10.1, where I fully recreated redesigned webpages (hospital locations, conditions and specialty pages) using Sitecore components and wireframes. Using Workfront as our project management tool, I also fulfilled run-the-business tasks on both the newly-migrated Sitecore-based website and Sharepoint for their educational (bswh.med) hub.

In my second year at BSWH, I spearheaded an optimization campaign focused on their orthopedics service line. Using SEO tools, competitor research and marketing campaign metrics, I was able to make recommendations and conduct a content audit, resulting in system-wide changes to multiple pages (location, condition and specialty) to give the website a facelift and improve overall site interest. I worked with stakeholders and an outside agency (True North) to facilitate and conduct changes to the site.

I also routinely published blog posts for Baylor’s blog site, ScrubbingIn, on a tight turnaround (24h) time.

Below, I have posted a few examples of varied actual work items that were assigned and fulfilled from my time at BSWH.
