For this assignment, I worked exclusively in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to help TNC with their JIRA ticket requests. Common tasks included creating biography profiles for staff, reviewing their incoming workflow requests before pushing it live, checking and correcting for grammatical errors, updating an article by refreshing photos and media and crafting press releases.
